About the Role:
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development, ensuring their safety, and promoting a positive learning environment. You will be working closely with our experienced team to implement high-quality teaching and learning practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for children, with a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection.
Plan, observe, and assess children's progress to tailor activities to their developmental needs.
Support the delivery of British values, promoting respect, tolerance, and understanding among the children.
Be aware of and adhere to Ofsted standards and guidance to maintain high-quality provision.
Maintain positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting through reflective practice and professional development.Essential Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Strong knowledge and experience in safeguarding, observations, and Ofsted processes.
Understanding of British values and their integration into everyday practice.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about working with children and providing high-quality care and education.
Willingness to undertake a Level 5 apprenticeship qualification (if not already qualified).Benefits:
