English Teacher (3 days – Monday, Tuesday, and Friday) - Are you an English Teacher committed to improving the lives of pupils and young people? As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced English Teacher to join our fantastic team in Chesterfield. What you will be doing as an English Teacher:
* Teach the English curriculum throughout KS3 and KS4.
* To support students in achieving Functional skills or GCSE English qualifications
* Ensure that the curriculum offer meets the needs of individual students considering their likes and interests.
* Work closely with key students or groups of students, as identified by the Senior Leadership Team or the Head of Pastoral Support, to help develop their interests and positive engagement in education, social activities and peer interactions.
* Make effective use of the data system to support management of behaviour and maintain relevant database.
MFL/Spanish Teacher (5 days a week) - We are looking for a passionate Spanish Teacher to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and interactive lessons that develop students’ confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Spanish. What you will be doing as a Spanish Teacher:
* Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Assess, monitor, and support students' progress to help them achieve their full potential.
* Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that encourages language development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Modern Foreign Languages department.
* Participate in school activities, parent evenings, and extracurricular programs.
Requirements for Teaching roles:
* QTS – Qualified Teacher Status
* DBS – Update system preferred
* Experience with classroom management
* Experience teaching in secondary education.
* Passion for inspiring students and making learning exciting.
* Ability to commute reliably to Chesterfield.
