We are seeking a dedicated KS3 Teacher to join our specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support students who require a nurturing and structured learning environment.
About the Role:
* Teaching across the curriculum to KS3 students with SEMH needs.
* Delivering creative and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
* Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to students.
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
* Managing challenging behaviour with a trauma-informed approach.
* Developing students' social and emotional skills alongside academic progress.
* Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure student success.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs, SEN, or challenging behaviour.
* Strong classroom management skills and a compassionate approach.
* The ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine commitment to student development.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
