You will be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to: Personal Administration, Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll & general office management duties.

This is a full-time position, with an early finish on Fridays, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and the chance to enjoy all that Bridgwater and the surrounding area has to offer.
The role
HR Manager - UK & Scandinavia
Management of holiday calendars, staff absence, and sickness records
Recruitment, JD's, benchmark checks, draft offers, Right to Work checks, temp payroll confirmations, and fee negotiations
Dealing with personnel issues, queries and support of line managers
Probations and performance reviews & training and development, personnel files, legislation advice
General office management duties - Filing, Scanning of documents, travel arrangements, staff events etc.
The person
Bachelor's degree combined with minimum of 5 years HR experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
Self-motivated with collaborative working abilities
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
Confidentiality and proactive attitude
Ability to manage a varied workload and communicate with Scandinavian locations
