Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain exposure in sustainable finance and investment operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on portfolio performance - helping to enhance internal processes and client reporting standards.
Core responsibilities will include:
1. Maintain and develop the company’s NAV and P&L database.
2. Produce fund performance reports for clients and website in line with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
3. Coordinating and overseeing periodical reporting requirements (client, funds, etc.)
4. Handle the distribution of fund information with 3rd parties.
5. Annual GIPS verification using annual performance data.
6. Assist with regulatory reporting (MiFID, PRIIPS, etc).
7. Work on investment proposals for prospect clients with the sales team.
8. Involvement in firmwide initiatives from process improvement, fund launches and regulatory projects.
9. Work within a team to establish improved operational procedures as well as working autonomously.
10. Occasional work with the research team on research projects.
11. Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Skills:
1. BSc (Hons) or higher in a relevant subject (Finance, Economics or related).
2. Up to 2 years of relevant experience. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Preference given to those who can code (SQL or Python).
4. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
5. Knowledge of Bloomberg terminal is highly desirable.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
7. Ability to apply a good sense of judgement.
