With 3 strategic centres across the UK, they provide solutions for Critical, Non-Critical and Preventative maintenance, to a wide range of residential and commercial sectors. The company provides maintenance and servicing of building mechanical, electrical, and ancillary facilities services. They also provide supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of commercial and domestic heating, commercial ventilation, air conditioning, water hygiene, and plumbing services JOB PURPOSE Permanent static electrical maintenance engineer required to work on a static site in North London, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This position will suit an experienced electrical maintenance engineer, with residential or commercial maintenance experience, that wants to work as part of a small on site maintenance team. Your main duties will be to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and plant, such as lighting, emergency lighting, three phase power, and carry out small electrical installations. You will also be happy to carry out other maintenance duties such as basic plumbing and basic building fabric. Qualified to level 3 status (either City and Guilds or NVQ), and some experience of the facilities industry would be an advantage. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Need to have the Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation or equivalent, like the former City & Guilds Part 1 & Part 2 18th Edition but 17th Edition is considered Proven ability to work independently. Possess a valid clean UK driving licence. Gold ECS Card certification is preferred. Take on electrical installation works as needed. Prioritise safety and quality in all your work. Meet project deadlines and budgets. Keep accurate records of completed tasks. Bring a passion for exceptional customer services. Always represent the company professionally and courteously. Flexibility, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary. Deliver outstanding results for scheduled PPM’s planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
