Location: This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which involves a combination of working from our London (Kings Cross) or Manchester office and also remotely. Some European travel may be required.
We are seeking an experienced People Integration and Change Lead, to join our EMEA People Function. You will work closely with the VP People, EMEA, on cross-regional people change programmes. In particular you will be responsible for supporting people due diligence of potential acquisitions, partnering with stakeholders to define and lead delivery of people integration programmes, and following through to ensure that employees of acquired businesses are engaged and working well within the RS organisation.
What you will be doing:
1. Leading people workstreams for M&A activities across EMEA, including due diligence, integration delivery and talent management.
2. Partnering with the EMEA Regional People Team, group people teams, integration programme teams, and business and technology leaders, to deliver business outcomes.
3. Supporting acquired businesses by addressing people-related challenges and engagement issues.
4. Building people M&A expertise across EMEA by developing frameworks, playbooks and best practice, and coaching and supporting the EMEA people team.
5. Supporting wider EMEA people change activities, such as organisational restructures.
About you:
1. Strong generalist background in global HR, with HR business partnering experience across European markets.
2. Experience in M&A integration, change management and organisational design.
3. Proven ability to manage complex projects, influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
4. Expertise in employment legislation, workforce transitions and cross border HR processes.
5. Experience working with EWC, trade unions and workers councils.
6. Demonstratable analytical, problem solving and commercial consultancy skills.
7. Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
