As a Pastoral Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting attendance, safeguarding and behaviour. You will work closely with our dedicated team to deliver and monitor the impact of individual and small group interventions, support the improvement of whole school attendance, and assist our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
