About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a highly complex defence project in Berkshire.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a high-security environment, ensuring the successful delivery of critical infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and co-ordinate site activities ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
2. Manage sub-contractors, suppliers and site personnel, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and stringent security standards.
3. Oversee health & safety, environmental and quality compliance, promoting a strong safety culture.
4. Monitor progress, address site challenges and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Who we're looking for
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on fitout projects.
2. SMSTS, CCS and First Aid certification.
3. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
