We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction, managing orders and deliveries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer and internal inquiries, resolving issues via phone and email promptly.
2. Organise the weekly delivery run, including stock management and paperwork preparation.
3. Booking couriers as needed.
4. Create product codes and set up suppliers in internal systems.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
6. Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
7. Process and manage customer orders, returns, and queries with accuracy and attention to detail.
