Job Summary
The Order Management Manager for the EMEA region oversees the process from order placement to delivery, managing a team of four and collaborating with our 3PL. You will ensure data accuracy, track order statuses, and provide real-time insights to support sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day order processing, ensuring smooth flow from creation to delivery.
2. Oversee order status updates in collaboration with Finance and Credit Management.
3. Coordinate with Supply Planning and Logistics to monitor supply chain and ETA.
4. Track orders through their lifecycle, managing related data and processes.
5. Ensure reliable order fulfillment statuses and real-time inventory insights.
6. Analyze and optimize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
7. Support stock takes and continuous system improvements (SAP, H-D net, Excel, Power BI).
8. Manage international movement of goods in compliance with customs laws.
9. Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including dealers and sales teams.
Qualifications
Education: HBO or WO degree, or 10+ years relevant experience.
Experience: Several years in global Order Management and Distribution, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and knowledge of OM systems. Strong English skills and experience in managing through influence and driving operational excellence. Knowledge of statistical data analysis.
Preferred: Lean Sigma certification, project management experience, understanding of trade compliance and regulatory requirements.
