Why be a Partnerships Marketing Manager at THG?
The Partnerships Marketing Manager will implement and manage the global Affiliate and Influencer strategy for Europe. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic team supporting our ambitious growth plans for the EU territory.
As a Partnerships Marketing Manager, you'll:
1. Prepare and manage the affiliates & influencer marketing budget and measure ROI’s and KPI’s across optimal levels of investment, new customer acquisition and retention.
2. Contribute to driving increased marketing efficiency through identifying cost re-investments on existing customers and non-incremental activity.
3. Establishing clear new customer acquisition driving initiatives to exceed growth targets.
4. Building out channel forecasts and investment.
5. Managing promotion planning across key partnerships.
6. Support the Head of Affiliates and Head of Influencer in driving best practices across the department for the global teams.
7. Affiliate partner negotiations working at group level to secure the best commercial value.
8. Provide in depth performance reporting and channel analysis to key stakeholders.
9. Recruit highly relevant influencer talent for LOOKFANTASTIC & Beauty Box.
10. Influencer mapping - using our in-house tools and social media platforms to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
11. Build a close relationship with the trade, marketing and buying teams to align on promotional requests and key focuses.
12. Work closely with the Affiliates and Influencer global teams to align on best practice, learnings and key processes.
13. Manage relationship with Awin and the account team.
14. Collaboration with other digital channels to ensure optimal customer journey and create holistic digital strategy.
What Skills and Experience Do I Need?
15. Relevant experience across Affiliate and Influencer marketing channels.
16. Experience and knowledge of the European market.
17. Language skills desirable (German or Dutch).
18. Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Blogs, etc.
19. Experience working with a wide range of influencers from micro to macro tiers.
20. Understanding of the affiliate landscape and key partners.
21. Team player – able to collaborate across functions.
22. Initiative – able to think outside of the box.
23. Pro-active and positive attitude.
24. Leadership, delegation and prioritisation skills.
