About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual who thrives in problem-solving and enjoys building strong client relationships. You will work with a variety of businesses, providing expert IT support and ensuring their technology infrastructure remains effective and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
* Monitor and maintain client networks and systems to proactively address potential issues.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
* Manage and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted IT advisor.
* Assist in IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and implementations.
* Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests and document all interactions effectively.
* Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry best practices.
* Contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
What We're Looking For:
* Essential: Previous experience working in an MSP environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
* Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* A proactive approach to professional growth and development.
