Key Responsibilities: Design & Packaging: Create packaging artwork from concept to print. Product Visuals: Develop product and design visuals for textile and homeware ranges, including mock-up samples. Digital & Social Media: Assist with website design visuals (no coding required), plan and design social media posts, and coordinate with the marketing agency for online marketplaces. Photography & Image Processing: Support photography portfolio creation, image processing, retouching, colour correction, and customer image requests. Corporate & Marketing Material: Design corporate literature, invitations, exhibition materials, advertisements, business cards, and company catalogues. Pattern Artwork: Manipulate and create textile design artwork and pattern repeats, with potential for original artwork based on briefs. Office Support: Participate in general office duties as needed. Desired Skills and Experience: Qualifications: Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience. Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with the ability to produce print-ready artwork. Teamwork & Initiative: Collaborative team player who can also work independently. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy with a commitment to high-quality results. Communication & Organization: Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar design role.
