Job Title Shareholder Services Administrator Department North American Shareholder Services-UK Overview of Department The North American Shareholder Services Department manage our relationships with financial intermediaries utilised by our US and Canadian Funds. The team support new intermediary set up; initial and ongoing due diligence and provide reporting and data to internal and external customers. The team are also responsible for liaising with the Funds’ Transfer Agents to facilitate trading within the Funds and are a primary point of contact for shareholders. Purpose of Role Join our dynamic North American Shareholder Services Team and have a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our North American Vehicles shareholders. The role is varied and as a Shareholder Services Administrator you will have the opportunity to learn about the different vehicles within the North American space. In this role, you will be involved in on-boarding new shareholders and managing shareholder trading processes. You will work closely with our Transfer Agents, addressing both internal and external queries, and help to prepare comprehensive board reports. Additionally, you will conduct due diligence on our intermediated partners, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with them. Responsibilities Negotiation, maintenance and ongoing oversight in relation to intermediary contracts. Ensure compliance with any trading platforms used to process shareholder transactions for North American Pooled Vehicles. Be involved in the accurate and timely processing of fees relating to the third parties used in facilitating shareholder servicing. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders while continually looking to improve client service internally and externally. Ensure queries, tasks and reports are completed within the required deadlines, proactively resolve issues. Perform departmental tasks in line with regulatory, technical and best practice requirements. Provide assistance and cover within the department, participate in in projects and tasks as required. Support and drive the team’s ambition to be a driver of industry leading operations by keeping abreast of industry development and news, sharing with colleagues as appropriate. Your knowledge and experience: Knowledge of pooled investment vehicles (North American knowledge would be desirable) Knowledge of third party service providers (vendors and platforms) - desirable The type of candidate that we're looking for: We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work independently, while also contributing positively to a team environment.
