Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Full-Time (Temp to Possible Perm)
Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE (Depending on Experience)
Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (after initial training, work from home will be possible)
Are you a dedicated and organised HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity in Banbury? We are seeking a dynamic HR Administrator to join our client's team on a full-time basis. This position starts as a temporary role with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
2. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
4. Manage employee records and update HR systems as needed
5. Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance with policy and procedure questions
6. Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs
7. Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submission of information
8. Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
9. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall HR services
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
6. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
7. Positive attitude and a team player mindset
