We have a brilliant opportunity for the following roles:
* Part Time Senior Sales / 3 Set Days (Sunday, Monday, Tuesdays) 14-21 Hours contract
* Part Time Senior Sales / 3 Set Days (Wednesdays / Thursdays / Saturdays) 14-21 Hours contract
* Full Time Senior Sales / 5 Set Days (Tues/Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat) 35 Hours contract
You'll help us by:
* Delivering exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration, and services.
* Recommending additional services and solutions to our customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders.
* Having a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer.
* Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
* Helping with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines, and utilising all product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
* Having a flexible approach to your work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
