Role Overview and Features: The eCommerce Optimisation Manager will find growth opportunities, optimise the website's customer journey, and increase revenue by following CRO and UX best practices. You'll handle day-to-day website operations, ensure effective product merchandising, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements. The eCommerce Optimisation Manager will: Monitor and analyse user behaviour using GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify conversion bottlenecks. Use data and analytics to identify trends, enhance performance, and report on core metrics. Support the rollout of the eCommerce development and CRO optimisation roadmap. Manage the website through Shopify, update products, content, and troubleshoot issues. Work with the Brand Manager to maintain a data-driven trading and campaign calendar. Essential Skills: Proven eCommerce experience in a fast-paced digital environment. Proficiency with the Shopify ecosystem and web analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar). Strong data analysis skills, capable of identifying key trends and insights. Solid understanding of UX principles and SEO best practices.
