Position: Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Lincoln
Position: Permanent
Working hours: 37 i.e. Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 04:00 pm and on Fridays early finish at 12:30
Salary: £22687
We are now seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to work for a busy engineering manufacturing company based in Lincoln. The appropriate candidate would be responsible for raising purchase orders, expediting orders, and closing purchase orders.
Responsibilities:
1. Raise Purchase Orders / Creation of Document Package
2. Issue and Clock Operations / Completion of Shop-Packet Information
3. Purchase Order filing
4. Supporting the team in closing out the Purchase Order and ensuring parts/orders are moved to subsequent operations without delay
5. Regular daily reviews of delivery status, (SUBRAW)
6. Accurate, concise updating of information from the supplier to SUBRAW daily
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills
2. Good time management and organisational skills
3. English Language and Maths to GCSE grade C or above
4. Computer literate
5. Dependable, responsible contributor who's committed to excellence and success
6. Good interpersonal skills, (team-worker)
7. Prepared to follow procedures
8. Eye for detail
