This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a team environment and has strong knowledge of property management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance, handling maintenance issues, and providing excellent service to landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently. Coordinating repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors, and ensuring works are completed to a high standard. Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handling tenancy renewals, deposit returns, and resolving disputes where necessary. Responding promptly to landlord and tenant queries, providing exceptional customer service. Ensuring all properties comply with relevant legislation, including gas safety, EPCs, and licensing requirements. Managing arrears and ensuring rent is collected on time. Maintaining accurate records and updating property management systems. Requirements: Proven experience in property management, ideally in a similar role. Strong knowledge of UK property laws and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well within a team and manage a busy workload efficiently.
