Base pay range
Salary: Up to £65,000

About the Role:
They are an award-winning law firm, seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Litigation team. They are looking for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who has a solid technical foundation and the capability to guide and support junior team members.
As part of a dynamic and busy team, you will handle a variety of high-value and complex commercial litigation cases for national and international clients, representing them across all courts in England and other dispute resolution venues. Your expertise will contribute to delivering excellent client service while supporting the continued growth and development of their team.
Reporting directly to the Partner/Head of Commercial Litigation, you will work collaboratively to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, focusing on workload management and team expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advocate strongly for clients, aiming to secure the best possible outcomes while promoting their interests.
2. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing complex cases.
3. Delegate and supervise work effectively, providing guidance to junior team members.
4. Assess legal risks and provide clients with practical advice regarding their prospects and cost implications.
5. Actively participate in networking activities to build and maintain professional relationships.
6. Maintain high standards of client care, ensuring clear and effective communication.
7. Collaborate with other departments within the firm, including real estate, corporate, and finance, to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
8. Develop and nurture client relationships, aiming for long-term retention through excellent service.
9. Adhere to clients' SLA requirements and meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
10. Manage a demanding caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
11. Maintain precise and up-to-date records for all ongoing cases.
