We have a great opportunity to join our Marketing Services team as a Marketing Coordinator. If you have experience working within administrative role, have the ability to work to deadlines whilst coordinating others to keep on a schedule, we would like to hear from you.
Reporting directly into our Marketing Services Manager you play a key part in ensuring the marketing activity is being delivered in line with our business properties and calendar plans in supporting with ordering, coordination and delivery for POS and tickets. You will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and use excellent communication skills to develop strong working relationship with our colleagues in Buying & Merchandising, Display, Operations, Store Development and our external suppliers.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
* Working with our Brand Marketing team to ensure that efficient hand-off is in place from creative concept to iterating, trafficking, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off on all creative assets.
* Producing accurate print specifications for all in-store assets and working closely with the internal studio team, VM team and our print partner to ensure these are delivered on time.
* Keeping key stakeholders up to date on timelines and creatives.
* Ensuring print deadlines and quality standards are being adhered to.
* Preparing and distributing POS briefing correspondence for stores.
* Participating in regular service and specification reviews with our print partners to ensure value and efficiency and decrease our environmental footprint in the printed materials space.
We consider the ideal candidates for this role to:
* Have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Can effectively carry out a range of administrative tasks
* Have a high level of attention to detail
* Have good verbal and written communication skills
* Are proficient in MS Office, with a very good working knowledge of Excel
