We're seeking an Associate Director of Operations for our West Suffolk Specialist teams - based at Wedgwood House, Bury St Edmunds. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Main duties of the job The Associate Director of Operations will work closely with the Locality Director of Operations to ensure that high quality care is delivered withinthe Locality services and providing professional leadership to the Locality operational workforce You willdevelop, direct and lead service improvement and performance strategies and policies to support the delivery of safe and effective care.
