The successful Logistics Operations Co-ordinator, based in Paisley, will be responsible for managing a small field-based installations team. The Logistics Operations Co-ordinator will also liaise with various departments to balance resource and workload with stock, to allow for a smooth installation process.
Key Responsibilities for the Logistics Operations Co-ordinator based in Paisley:
1. Responsibility for planning all installations, working with the sales team, installers, and the logistics network.
2. Liaising with the sales team and the customer to ensure sites are prepared and ready for install and planning installers weeks to maximise efficiency.
3. Supervise installation teams, providing guidance and support throughout the process
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders to schedule installations and manage resources effectively
5. Working closely with dispatch and service to schedule and ensure timely and accurate picks and pre checks.
6. Working with transport to arrange dedicated vehicles, and timed deliveries.
