Liaise with maternity staff to ensure training is completed in accordance with mandatory time frames. To provide data to the management team on maternity staff compliance and escalate to line managers any failure by staff to comply with mandatory training timeframes. Co-ordinate all aspects of meetings and mandatory study days. This will include, seeking staff availability, booking rooms, distribution of draft agendas, accurate minute taking. Co-ordinate meetings via Virtual Meeting Technology (Microsoft Teams) send invites, recording of meeting and sharing of documents. Provide an efficient system to ensure all necessary papers and documents are available for meetings and reminders highlighted Support the management team in scheduling the elective caesarean section and Induction of Labour lists.
