12-Month Contract - £400 p/day (Inside IR35)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Programme Manager to lead a strategic People Transformation Programme within a public sector organisation based in Wales. This high-profile role will oversee key areas such as workforce planning, budgets, enabling services, recruitment processes and leadership and management training.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the delivery of the HR Transformation Programme, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities.
2. Shape and implement governance frameworks to support effective decision-making and risk management.
3. Analyse and interpret complex workforce data to drive evidence-based recommendations and initiatives.
4. Oversee recruitment and workforce planning to ensure a future-ready workforce.
5. Lead on the development and implementation of leadership and management training programmes to enhance organisational capability.
6. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that HR best practices are embedded within the organisation.
