Main duties:
To act as a point of contact for Block Management issues.
To ensure residents are compliant with requirements and blocks are well maintained.
To provide high level of customer service.
To arrange and attend meetings around BM.
To ensure high level of compliance & H&S is adhered to.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
PM/BM experience
IT skills
Full Driving License
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
