About the Role This unique two-year program is designed to equip you with the skills, confidence, and experience needed to thrive in the classroom. Year 1: Graduate Teaching Assistant You will spend your first year immersed in the classroom, working closely with experienced teachers to support students in their learning. Key tasks will include: Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery. Providing one-to-one or small group support to students. Helping to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Assisting with marking and assessment under the guidance of teachers. Supporting extracurricular activities, school events, and wider school life. Year 2: Salaried Teacher Training Program During your second year, you will transition onto a salaried teacher training route, where you will work towards gaining QTS.
