We are seeking a proactive and dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and meet our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German to effectively communicate with our customers and teams across Europe, ensuring a seamless service experience. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring a courteous and efficient response. Enter and acknowledge orders with precision, adhering to our accounts receivable process. Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to relevant teams as necessary. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support. Update customer information, including pricing and special instructions, as required. Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive improvements in our products and services. Collaborate closely with various departments including Supply Chain, Accounts, and Sales to enhance the customer experience. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any unresolved issues. Manage logistics coordination for both domestic and international shipments. Utilise systems such as SAP and Salesforce effectively for various customer service tasks. Specification : Fluency in German and English. Proven experience in a customer service role Strong understanding of supply chain and order management processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complaints and emergencies. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software like SAP and Salesforce. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working as part of a global team.
