Job Role
The ideal candidate will be an experienced rural surveyor with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic team. The role involves planning and development work, valuation, compensation claims, tenancy and farming agreements, stewardship grant applications, commercial property management, and general property advice. The primary service areas include Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire, with occasional projects further afield. Key responsibilities include:
4. Strategic land promotion and commercial development
5. Waste applications and barn conversion schemes
6. Rural business and farm diversification projects
7. Property valuation and management
8. Compensation claims and stewardship grant applications
9. Tenancy and farming agreements
10. General property advice and commercial property management
Candidate Requirements
11. Proven experience in rural surveying
12. Strong skills in planning and development
13. Ability to manage a diverse range of rural property matters
14. A positive attitude and willingness to introduce new ideas and skills to the team
15. Full UK driving licence
