Our client is a multi-award-winning architecture practice based in London and part of the AJ100, specialising in designing high-quality spaces for living, working, and relaxing. With expertise spanning residential, hotels, offices, retail, mixed-use, master planning, and regeneration projects, they are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy and implementation across diverse, design-led projects. This role involves managing large residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, ensuring seamless digital project delivery through advanced BIM processes. The successful candidate will oversee the application of Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and ISO 19650 compliance while mentoring and supporting a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
* Establish and maintain BIM protocols in compliance with ISO 19650 standards
* Configure, maintain, and support BIM-related software, including Revit and Navisworks
* Manage Revit templates, libraries, and BIM-related documentation
* Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure BIM standards compliance
* Identify and implement BIM training and development programmes
* Research and recommend emerging BIM technologies

What We’re Looking For:
* UK experience as a BIM Manager or senior BIM Coordinator
* Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and AutoCAD
* In-depth knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 processes
* Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
* Familiarity with visualisation tools and emerging BIM technologies
* Right to work in the UK
