A National Accounts Coordinator has a real responsibility, working on their own initiative to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.
Your role contributes to the efficiency of the organisation, supporting particular areas, working across teams, and resolving issues.

As an Apprentice Office Administrator, you will;

1. Undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, completing set modules on time and attending college as necessary.
2. Work shadow a colleague and develop an understanding of office procedures through on the job training.
3. Use of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
4. Learn Crown administrative procedures, and how to use in house software.
5. Build relationships and maintain regular contact with customers, keeping them fully updated in relation to all open work orders for their site.
·CRM support (loading account details, verify accuracy, load opportunities) working with National Accounts Managers, assisting with forecasting.
·Checking shipping and build times against project delivery plans. Liaise with Project Mgr and/or Sales admin.
·Participate in National Account meetings locally and regionally when required.
·National Accounts Truck library (Create a separate library for Nationals only)
·Installation/Warranty reports
·Setting up contracts/FMC
·Central contact point for:
oAsset movements
oAction changes on the fleet lists e.g., Truck Movements
oManage customer portal
oInvoice Queries (IQL Log) & raise credits
oPM Schedules
oGeneral customer emails requesting job sheets/invoices etc
Person Specification
Essential Skills:
You must be willing to learn and can follow instructions.
6. You must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
7. Friendly and able to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
8. A*-C / 4-9 grades or equivalent in Maths and English as a minimum.
9. I.T. literate and familiar with Microsoft “Word”, “Excel” or equivalent software.
10. Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
11. Highly motivated
12. The ability to work as a team member and possess good interpersonal, communication and literacy skills.
13. To be able to prioritise workload and work under own initiative.
Desirable Skills:
14. No prerequisite experience required but a desire to be part of a successful team and possess a great work ethic.
