We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Project People. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Role:
* This role involves providing administrative support to the Research Centre Director, including managing their diary, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
* You will be responsible for document management, drafting documents, maintaining confidential information, and tracking processes.
* Event planning is also a key aspect of this role, including scheduling appointments, preparing meetings, and organizing departmental activities.
* You will assist in managing the department's awards, drafting policies, collecting nominations, and overseeing the selection process.
* Additionally, you will work closely with the Director to maintain external relations and collaborate with the Finance and Procurement team on PR/PO raising, invoice receiving, and expense claiming.
Requirements:
* A University degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a relevant field with a major in Management or specialized qualification is preferred.
* Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential, as well as good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and design software (Photoshop, AI, ID).
* The ideal candidate will be proactive, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and professionalism.
* They must be systematic, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion.
Compensation:
