The Role - Behaviour Mentor
I am looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work in a SEMH school in Bromley. For this role, you will need to build strong rapport with the students and manage their behaviour in and out of the classroom. You will be working with students in KS3 & KS4 and will need to use your behaviour management skills to deescalate situations and assist them with their schoolwork. You must be an approachable, confident, and effective person with a genuine interest in children's wellbeing. You must have experience working 1:1 with students and working with SEMH.
The School - SEMH
This SEMH school is based in Bromley and caters for students aged 11 - 16 years old. The school's focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy while offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils. They have been awarded an overall effectiveness grade of Good with Leadership and Management being graded as Outstanding by Ofsted. The school has great transport links and many local bus routes.
