Essential Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience working with children, young people, and families with neurodiversity-related needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to family-centred care. Experience in collaborative working within multi-disciplinary teams. Proven ability to manage a caseload, prioritising tasks effectively. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies. Driving licence and access to vehicle for work purposes Desirable Experience working with Autism, ADHD, and/or mental health services. Understanding of trauma-informed and systemic practice.
