Job Description
Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a role that blends technical expertise with interpersonal collaboration? We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Operations & Salesforce Specialist to manage and optimize our sales tools, support business processes, and foster seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Salesforce Administration: Manage and update Salesforce CRM and associated sales order processing tools (ESOP, ASOP, ISOP) with sales contracts.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a go-to expert for Salesforce business processes, assisting sales teams with contract validation, invoicing issues, floorplan updates, and more.
* Product Setup: Support the configuration of products, including events, sponsorships, and digital offerings.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Customer Service and Event Operations teams to address customer data and event floorplan queries.
* Customer Handover: Ensure a smooth post-sale transition by collaborating with the Customer Service Team.
* Rebook Activities: Assist with pre-show and onsite rebook efforts, ensuring accuracy across Salesforce, ESOP, and Expocad sales figures.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Support administrative tasks like preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations for budget and strategy meetings.

* Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
Required Skills:
* Ability to proactively address and resolve internal customer queries.
* Experience with Microsoft tools and Salesforce CRM.
* Strong data analysis and manipulation skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Desired Experience:
* Previous experience with Salesforce CRM.
* A background in the B2B or B2C events industry is a plus.
