Our Product team
Product managers play an essential part. They lead discovery projects, research, strategy and take ideas to full fruition with our clients. That requires leadership and close collaboration between product, design and engineering.
We're built on our people's experience, so everyone in the team has at least eight years of experience designing, building and shipping products. In addition, we come from various backgrounds, from banking to video streaming.
Responsibilities:
As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams (usually one at a time) from research to delivery. You will:
* Lead teams of designers, user researchers, engineers, and test engineers to ensure on-time / on-budget delivery.
* Facilitate workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders to solve complex problems.
* Equip top organisations with the right frameworks to outperform their competitors.
* Develop product roadmaps and maintain a groomed backlog.
* Supported by the Elsewhen team, you’ll take full ownership of your work, and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
Requirements:
* 8 years + of experience in product management, of which at least 2 in a consultancy setup
* Proven track record designing and delivering consumer-facing and internal propositions. Desired: Experience developing AI-based products.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
* Substantial experience prioritising, executing and delivering according to a product roadmap.
* Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
* Skills at both presenting your team’s work and facilitating workshops to solve any problems that come up.
* Ability to understand complex technical challenges and support the team in making the right decisions.
* Comfortable working in large, cross-functional teams.
* Engineering experience is not essential, but exposure and familiarity with a modern tech stack are.
