Job Description
3. The purpose of the role is to provide financial support to the Management Accountants, to provide the following:
4. To fully support on various aspects of management accounting across all manufacturing sites, including budgets, forecasts and product costings
5. Assist the Management Accountants with month end reporting and various ad-hoc duties
6. Processing and control of agency invoices for temporary staff
7. Monitoring orders and invoicing of raw materials, utilities and logistics
8. Completion of government and bank statistics
9. Collate sustainability data for reporting
10. Produce timely and accurate monthly Management Accounts support.
11. To assist in balance sheet control for all areas of responsibility.
The Successful Applicant
12. AAT / CIMA / ACCA Studier
13. Excel (Pivot Tables VLookups)
14. Some exposure to Month End Reporting and Management Accounts
15. Excellent communication skills
