HR & Training Coordinator Responsibilities
As the HR & Training Coordinator some of your main duties will include:
Oversee HR systems, recruitment, onboarding and employee training programs
Coordinate training initiatives aligned with organisational goals
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
Advocate for diversity, inclusion and process improvements
Support the HR Manager with employee relations
