Position: This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Marketing Executive to help continue to drive subscription volume and revenue growth for our magazine digital editions across direct, native app and partnerships The Junior Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across the entire portfolio of Our Media magazines. You will plan, implement and analyse innovative marketing campaigns to acquire new users and nurture them through to conversion. You will work across the full range of digital marketing channels with a particular focus on email, in-app messaging and social media. Requirements: Essential: Demonstrable subscriptions/digital marketing experience – experience of end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns that incorporate a range of channels Email marketing – experience creating and implementing email marketing campaigns to achieve a range of objectives, with a broad understanding of ESP capabilities Marketing design – experience of either designing or briefing artwork with an understanding of the core principles of compelling design Social Media marketing – experience of building audiences and optimisation across organic and paid social media advertising Communication skills & stakeholder management – able to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders Copywriting – able to write highly engaging copy that is adapted to the audience/channel Organisational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising workload and ensuring deadlines are hit Proactive and able to work independently to look for new creative opportunities Analytical & data driven – strong understanding of Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel Desirable: Experience of mobile marketing across both iOS & Android Apps including managing push notification campaigns, App Store Optimisation and Apple Search Ads Knowledge of Canva or related design tools Other information: We respect and value differences.
