Our Graphic Designer will ensure we make every contact point with clients visually as professional and inspirational as possible. They will assist in producing visuals to support speculative approaches to clients as well as creating designs to bring client briefs to life. They will elevate our commercial negations with better, more realistic visuals and working with the production and projects teams refine visuals with the aim of converting more business as clientshave better buy in to what their project will look like. Collaborate with the events team to ensure design alignment with client vision and event goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated on design trends and technologies to continuously enhance creative output. Oversee the production process, ensuring designs are executed as intended. General To commoditise new physical hire assets in terms of graphic templating on their purchase/arrival. To work alongside the sales team to create enquiry-led drawings either to Client brief or creatively-led. To work alongside Project Teams and Production to refine designs to final specification, following internal processes. To keep records of time spent on a project-by-project basis for these to be allocated. To have knowledge of Illustrator, BeCad, Sketch Up and other 3D drawing and rendering packages. Training can be given for industry specific software. To present drawings in an agreed on-brand format suitable for external use. To create print ready artwork from client briefs and present with on brand template. To liaise with clients on specific projects To be aware of specification in relation of budget so not to be seen to over promise Wherever possible to specify environmentally specific materials. Motion capture: to elevate still visuals with 3d walk through, use of Ai and photo realism. Qualifications Proven experience as a Creative Designer, preferably in the events industry. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of printing processes and materials used in event design is a plus.
