Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Reports to: Head of Sales UK
Location/work pattern: Hybrid role (1 day per week in the office)

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver a world-class sales experience
2. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in prospect organisations
3. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations
4. Meet assigned targets for sales volume, value, mix and margin
5. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
What you will be responsible for:
1. Understanding your sectors and the key selling points for each persona
2. Achieve a minimum sales quota of £420,000 pa from new business
3. Meet assigned performance expectations
4. Ensure first-class customer satisfaction, that meets the high standards expected by Vypr
5. Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
What you are good at:
1. Identifying new Sales
2. Demonstrating sales in similar market marketing/insight / trends / data / SaaS
3. Consistently delivering against targets (a Sales Superstar)
4. Building pipeline that supports over-achievement
5. Computer basics including knowing your way around MS products
6. Ability to balance ‘data driven’ decisions with experience, to make the right call
7. Excellent business acumen and results orientated
8. Good time management
9. Working both independent and team working environments
10. Senior stakeholder management across multi £billion companies
11. Identifying and responding to RFP’s
12. Achieving the best solution for clients while maximising spend and driving ACV
13. Inspiring your colleagues and being an example to the wider sales team
