We are currently supporting the recruitment of an Administration Assistant for our client based in Kibworth. Our client works with well-known high street names and independent retailers across the UK. You will be working in a small team and reporting to the Independent and Key Accounts Manager. £25,000 per annum Working hours Monday to Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm and Friday 9am-3pm 36 hour working week This will be a hybrid role after training completed and will be 3 days in the office 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Life group life insurance Long service holidays Free onsite car parking Ongoing career development and training opportunities Duties and responsibilities: To support the wholesale operations team, working closely with the sales agents and customers from order collation to fulfilment and beyond, ensuring efficient and effective ways of working Process ordersonto SAGEin a timely manner andto ensure stock requirements can be met Troubleshoot any issues with orderscoming through to SAGE, assisting agents and customers alike Ensure all sales order data is accurate at creation and maintained as needed Communicate with 3PL on stock levels and order despatch dates to achieve On Time in Full (OTIF) order conversion Work with finance/credit control as needed to ensure orders are despatched as planned Respond to all agents and independent customers' telephone and email enquiries Assess and progress new account applications accordingly Support other areas within theteam where required Build strong relationships with our sales agents and customers, ensuring they are kept informed of the progress of their orders and providing them with any additional information they require Attend trade fairs as needed, building relationships with existing and potential partners and agents Skills and experience required: Previous office administrative and customer service experience is essential Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing Team player who also takes ownership for their role Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Works well under pressure Experience of working with SAGE200 will be desirable (although training will be provided)
