What you will be doing:
You will provide excellent customer service and support through phone, email, and chat channels. You will handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
What you will need to succeed:
1. Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role preferred
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent telephone manner.
3. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse customer needs
5. Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
