The Role
* As a NetSuite Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and optimising NetSuite ERP solutions to support our finance and operations teams. You will be responsible for enhancing system integrations, streamlining revenue management processes, and ensuring seamless automation of key finance functions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where innovation and efficiency are at the heart of everything we do.
Principal Accountabilities
* NetSuite Optimization: Configure and customise NetSuite to meet Fastmarkets’ business needs, ensuring best practices in financial operations and reporting.
* Integrations: Design and manage integrations between NetSuite and other business-critical systems (Anaplan, Stripe, Avalara, Floqast, Esker and Concur).
* Revenue Management: Support and enhance revenue recognition processes.
* SuiteScript Development: Utilize SuiteScript 2.0 to create custom scripts, workflows, and automation solutions within NetSuite.
* Advanced PDF Template and Forms: Develop and optimize Advanced PDF Templates for invoices and other transactional documents.
* Avalara Integration: Configure and manage Avalara for automated tax compliance and reporting.
* System Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide user training, and ensure continuous system improvements.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to understand business requirements and support system enhancements.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Key Skills & Experience Required
* 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including system administration and customisation.
* Strong expertise in NetSuite Integrations using SuiteTalk, REST APIs, and third-party integration tools.
* Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0 for automation and customisation.
* Knowledge of Avalara for tax automation and compliance.
* Familiarity with financial processes, multi-currency transactions, and accounting best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
