Protecnium (protecnium.com/en) is an international consulting firm specialized in engineering and technical services in construction. We are currently looking for a Sub Agent for the Airport Project in London, UK. Estimated duration: 36-48 months, with the possibility of extension depending on the progress of the project. Generally, at the end of a project, efforts are made to move the employee to other projects for continuity. Main mission: Manage and oversee various sections of the project, ensuring successful outcomes by monitoring, recording delivery, and managing the assigned areas while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: Responsible for various sections of the site. Review and manage the budget. Interface with multiple stakeholders and look ahead 6-12 months for planning. Manage teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery. Monitor and record delivery against the agreed program and construction methods, identifying shortfalls and devising mitigation measures to minimize impacts. Requirements: Degree or master's in Engineering (other subjects considered). 5 years in civil engineering projects (structures or linear work) Certifications: CSCS Card Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person / Supervisory / Manager, SSSTS, SMSTS Knowledge and Skills: Ability to manage, organize, and control programs, tasks, and resources. Understanding of wider project elements to aid decision-making. Sound judgment on statutory, contractual, and commercial issues in the area of responsibility. Coaching and developing others to meet changing technical and managerial needs. Quality control with a 'right first time' ethos. Promoting best practices in health, safety, and welfare. Understanding of project environmental aspects, climate literacy, carbon management, and awareness of environmental consents and permits. Working Hours: Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday Benefits: Car allowance. 22 working days of vacation per year 8 bank holidays. 15 working days of sick leave (100% salary). 2 weeks of paternity leave (80% salary).
