The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to ship with quality and speed, and is passionate about building products that drive measurable client impact.
You will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and strategy to go-to-market and continuous iteration. This is a critical leadership role at the center of Blink’s mission to power performance, culture, and engagement across modern organizations.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own Blink’s product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes, internal operational needs, and company growth targets.
* Partner with executive leadership to set product priorities that align with strategic goals, revenue targets, and user feedback.
* Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and customer insights to continuously evolve Blink’s value proposition.
Cross-Functional Leadership
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations to deliver cohesive and scalable product experiences.
* Lead cross-functional product development cycles, ensuring smooth planning, alignment, and communication across teams.
* Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure customer and market needs are represented in every release.
* Build and scale a high-performing product team, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and product operations.
* Develop team rituals, tools, and standards to ensure quality, velocity, and consistent prioritization.
* Mentor and grow team members through coaching, clear expectations, and individual development plans.
Product Execution & Lifecycle Management
* Own the product development lifecycle: discovery, definition, scoping, delivery, and iteration.
* Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, effort, and strategic alignment.
* Define, track, and communicate product success metrics (adoption, retention, engagement, NPS, etc.) across stakeholder groups.
Client & User Advocacy
* Champion the voice of the customer by translating user feedback and usage data into actionable product insights.
* Partner with the Customer Success team to continuously enhance onboarding, training, and in-app education experiences.
* Ensure client-facing documentation, help articles, and support content reflect the latest product capabilities and changes.
Platform, Integrations, and Scale
* Lead platform evolution initiatives, focusing on extensibility, API development, and seamless integrations with HRIS, CRM, and analytics systems.
* Work with Engineering to ensure product architecture supports long-term scalability, reliability, and data security.
* Own internal tooling and platform enablement features that improve operational efficiency and team performance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or design-related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus.
* 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 6 years leading product teams in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
* Proven success owning product strategy and driving high-impact product initiatives from zero to launch to scale.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design, agile development, and product analytics.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
* Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, Productboard, Intercom, and HubSpot.
* Deep empathy for customers, especially HR, People Ops, and Ops leaders in small to mid-sized organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or MS) in a relevant field.
* Experience building or scaling customer success in a startup or high-growth SaaS company.
* Experience building platforms for HR, operations, or workforce analytics.
* Technical fluency and the ability to converse with engineers on trade-offs, scalability, and system architecture.
* Experience working closely with client success and sales teams to support go-to-market strategy.
