The role
1. Assist in food preparation and work well alongside the Sous & Head chef.
2. Confidently run a section of the kitchen without supervision.
3. Assist with menu development and pricing dishes.
4. Help to manage junior kitchen staff by providing education and leadership.
5. Assist with ordering and managing supplies to the demand of the business.
6. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
7. Ensure the kitchen is in a hygienic and clean condition at all times implementing HACCP principles.
8. Excellent time keeping is required and working extra hours at busy times may be required.
