Senior Commercial Manager Refresco UK
Day shift, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working - Travel required 1-2 days per week
As the Senior Commercial Manager for one of our licenced brands, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, increase market share, and elevate our brands to new level of success. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our brands, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our brands remain competitive and relevant in the market.

About the Role
The Senior Commercial Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement strategies for our licenced brand portfolio, including Old Jamaica and Ting, while establishing consumer and customer insights to make informed recommendations.
The role involves developing long-term strategic direction for the brands, owning and executing individual brand plans aligned with Refresco UK's strategy, and leveraging market knowledge to identify opportunities for growth.
Key tasks include;
* Proposing and delivering promotional activities, managing pricing policies, implementing annual brand plans, and identifying new product development (NPD) opportunities for the brand portfolio.
* Collaboration with the Trade Marketing team, Finance, and Shopper Marketing Exec is essential to align trade positioning, develop brand communications, and manage marketing expenditures effectively.
* The manager will also be responsible for monitoring brand performance, ensuring accurate forecasting with commercial and supply chain teams, and overseeing packaging and product management for improved profitability.
* The role requires presenting to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and contributing to ongoing sales forecasts. Adherence to safety, hygiene, and good housekeeping standards is also expected, with the job holder ensuring the health and safety of themselves and others in the workplace.
