What's the role about?
Join our dynamic Retail team in our York Outlet as a Sales Manager. In this pivotal new role, you'll support the management team, ensuring team members are motivated to achieve targets and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.
Who you are
1. Previous experience of supervising a team
2. Strong background in a customer-facing role ideally within a premium or luxury environment
3. Ability to guide and coach others
4. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Excellent organisational and decision-making skills
8. Excels under pressure
What you'll be doing
1. Delivering a premium, genuine and tailored customer service experience which exceeds our customers' expectations
2. Acting as a role model; inspiring and guiding your team with dedication, integrity and genuine warmth
3. Driving sales by monitoring the team's KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service
4. Working with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of business plan is cascaded throughout the team
5. Providing an in-depth knowledge of our brand and our products to our customers and your team
6. Actively engaging and undertaking duties that support the store operations
7. Delivering team briefs and contributing to team meetings
8. Supporting the store management in assisting with team development
